Corporate events in Cuba, run to a written programme
Incentive trips, team building, small conferences and client events in Havana and Varadero. Local ground handling, one project contact, proper invoicing.
What we organise
Groups from eight to a hundred and twenty. Everything below has been delivered on the ground, not sketched in a brochure.
Incentive trips
Reward programmes for sales teams, dealers and top performers. Cuba works because almost nobody has been — the reward is the destination itself.
Team building
Catamaran regattas, vintage-car city rallies, cooking and cocktail competitions, salsa workshops. Structured, briefed, and debriefed.
Small conferences
Up to 120 delegates. Hotel meeting rooms, AV, interpreters, coffee breaks, and an evening programme that makes people turn up the next morning.
Client and partner events
Dinners in restored colonial buildings, private rooftop receptions, cigar and rum tastings with a sommelier who does this professionally.
Venues
- Hotel conference rooms, Havana and Varadero
- Private villas with garden and pool, Miramar
- Restored colonial buildings in Habana Vieja
- Rooftop terraces over the old town
- Catamarans and private boats
- Beach venues on the north coast
Ground handling
The part that decides whether a corporate trip is a success or a story people tell for the wrong reasons.
Transfers and transport
Airport meet-and-greet, coaches or minivans sized to the group, and a vehicle on standby for the whole stay.
Interpreters and hosts
Spanish–English and Spanish–Hungarian interpreters. A coordinator with the group from arrival to departure.
Catering and AV
Menus agreed in advance, dietary requirements handled, projection and sound tested before your people walk in.
Photography and video
Local photographer and videographer, with the material delivered to you rather than posted publicly.
For whoever signs it off
How we work
- Written programme and a costed proposal before anything is confirmed
- Contract and invoice from a registered travel company
- Named project contact from proposal to final report
- Site inspection available for larger groups
- Supplier contingency for each key element, in writing
Risk and honesty
- Cuba has power and fuel constraints — we tell you where and how it affects a programme
- We recommend backup venues for anything weather-dependent
- If a date window is not realistic, we say so instead of taking the booking
- Insurance requirements confirmed before travel
Request a proposal
Send the group size, an approximate date window and the objective of the trip. You get a costed programme, not a brochure.
Request a corporate proposal
Company, group size, date window and budget range if you have one. We reply within two working days with a written programme.
